Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, starting in March, you can find Nidia Erceg blogging about her passions for community organizing, environmental advocacy, urban planning, facilitation and mediation, outreach, environmental education, and more.

Nidia Erceg, in addition to blogging for The Grid, has her own consulting business; City Vida Consulting.  Before that, Nidia completed an M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning with an emphasis in Environmental Planning and Policy from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.  She also completed a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning from California State University, Northridge.  She is bilingual (Spanish/English) and has a comprehensive background in urban planning, facilitation and mediation, outreach, and environmental education; especially in the Los Angeles, CA region. Nidia currently serves on two advisory boards, including the Verde Coalition and the Green LA Coalition Water Subcommittee.  When she is not busy serving the Los Angeles region, Nidia is participating in community gardening, spreading her passion for slow food, worm tea, and cooking.
