Carmen Phillips

Carmen Phillips is a graduate of Oberlin College and is currently pursuing her masters in French Translation at Kent State University. Carmen spent the last year in Lyon, France teaching English to primary school children and had the opportunity to immerse herself in the French culture and language. Upon returning to the United States, she decided to use her French skills to help share French perspectives on environmentalism and urban planning to an English audience. Carmen currently resides in Kent, Ohio and in her free time enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
